Coordinator Walkthrough
Whenever possible, our coordinators will perform a thorough walkthrough of both the origin and destination with your company’s designated manager. The walkthrough is a critical opportunity for both parties to note potential challenges to a smooth transition. Our coordinator will consider things like routes of egress or ingress to each location, the presence of elevators or stairways, and relevant foot or automobile traffic patterns.

Pre-Labeling Protocols
One of the most helpful pre-planning procedures for a commercial move is advance labeling. Whether you want to use your own boxes and crates or ours, we will help you connect spots on your current floor plan with appropriate locations at your new location. By labeling everything ahead of time with pre-determined locations, we can ensure that each box, crate, or bin appears right where it needs to be when it’s time to unpack.

Packing Your Business
Some businesses prefer to hire packing services, but most rely on individual employees to disassemble and pack their own workstations. In that case, we will facilitate the process with pre-labeled boxes, crates, and other containers so your staff can clear out their cubicles in an organized fashion. Generally, the breakdown of workstations and cubicles happens a day or two before the move.
